We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and help drive data-driven decision making across the organization. In this role, you will analyze large datasets, build analytical and predictive models, and transform data into actionable insights that support business and operational goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to solve complex problems using data, statistics, and machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

• Build, validate, and maintain predictive and analytical models.

• Develop data-driven solutions using statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.

• Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code.

• Collaborate with engineers to deploy models and data solutions.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.

• Communicate insights and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.

• Working knowledge of R and/or Java.

• Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.

• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
