ServiceNow Developer
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, build, and optimize ServiceNow solutions. The role involves developing service catalogs, automating workflows, and enhancing platform functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow catalog items to support various business use cases
- Create and configure workflows to automate business processes
- Analyze existing catalog items and workflows, and recommend and implement improvements
- Redesign complex catalog items and split them into multiple, more modular items as needed
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Develop custom scripts, reports, and other functionality to enhance the ServiceNow items
- Understand and analyze requirements and development new ServiceNow applications
- Provide support/training to ServiceNow ITIL users related to catalog items
- Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
- Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow instances across production and non-production environments
- Perform installation and testing of vendor-provided updates and new releases
- Along with development, can perform ServiceNow Admin activities based on the need
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow platform administration, application customization, development and deployment.
- Current CSA certification
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API
- Expertise in Business Rules, Workflows/Flow Designer, Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Actions
- Expertise in ITIL processes – Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge
- ServiceNow Security features – Users, Roles, Groups, ACLs
- Knowledge of CMDB, Business Services Map
- Knowledge of Asset management DB
- Experience with Active Directory and SailPoint integration – orchestration
Valued:
- Knowledge of AngularJS
- Knowledge of ServiceNow UI tools – `Service Portal’, `CMS
- Current CAD certification
- ITSM implementation experience
- MIM implementation experience
- ITOM implementation experience
- Discovery and Service Mapping implementation experience
